What is Selfix?

A Shopify app that lets a shop's customers edit their own order themselves — change the delivery address or swap a product variant, with no support request to the merchant.

How do I enable the self-service features?

In the app settings you set the time window during which customers may edit their order after purchase, and you can optionally enable variant swapping.

Where do customers edit their order?

Directly in their customer account or via a link in the order confirmation — an additional checkout extension also surfaces the option there.

Why can a customer no longer edit their order?

Either the time window you configured has expired, or the order has already shipped — both automatically lock further editing to prevent mis-shipments.

I enabled variant swapping, but customers don't see the option.

Check whether the target variant is actually in stock — unavailable variants are not offered as a swap option for consistency reasons.

What does Selfix cost?

Selfix has a free plan with the core features. Premium unlocks longer edit windows, variant swaps and email notifications.

What happens to my data when I uninstall?

All session data is deleted automatically. Details in our Privacy Policy.
